This video is of the surf on a southern California beach near the end of the day. It includes the soothing sound of waves on rocks and sand, and has a seagull perched on a rock that intermittently takes off and flies into the distance. Many people find that being by the ocean and/or hearing the sound of waves has a calming effect and they can sleep more easily.
