Make-A-Match Interaction "Game"

This is a therapeutic communication/interaction "game" that incorporates  memory, strategy, creative thinking, judgment and communication skills originally designed to help children communicate with adults - and adults really hear the child(ren).

It is not just a card game or just a table-top game - it is a dynamic floor game, encouraging people to move around.

While it was originally designed for use by mental health professionals, many caring adults could find it effective, if they are sensitive, caring and have some knowledge of human communication, the role of emotions, and human development.

Physiological Theory

It is designed to be a unique, challenging "game" that gets more of the players' Central Nervous System involved than most games.  It activates many levels of the C.N.S. and therefore, facilitates learning on many levels.

It is for use to teach or reinforce healthy and respectful interactions, enhance communication, deepen the relationship and build empathy in a fun activity.

There is more than one way to win in this game!

Winning

This interactive therapeutic "game" is set up so that most all players can win in some way, empathy and understanding increase, and relationships strengthen.

Goal:  By playing the game, people "win".
